Experience With Losing Weight
Throughout my childhood I have been much (yes really much) too fat. Around the age of 17 I was completely done with this and I started changing my lifestyle. I went running, fitness and of course adjusted my diet (this is the most important). To be honest, I knew little about the healthy ways to lose weight and fat back then. My method was anything but healthy, I ate far too little and went running every day. Because of this I lost weight very quickly, about 27 kg in a few months, but I noticed that I became weaker and more lifeless.
